We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey. For order over $25 in Untied States, We offer free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.If you need your order sooner, we also offer an expedited shipping option for delivery in 2-3 business days. For safety and transportation reasons, we do not offer international shipping for explosive products such as glue products.
Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. If you still do not want the product after it has shipped, you will need to follow our return policy once you receive the item. If your cancellation request is successful, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1 business day.
Returns & Refunds
You may return products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
